Indian Cultural Association of Monroe, Inc (ICAM) was founded in 2006 to bring together Indian families in Monroe & its neighboring towns so we may celebrate our cultural heritage & create a network of resources. Although we are an Indian cultural organization, our membership & events are open to everyone interested.
